  • The facilitation of discussions between managers and employee representatives using the findings from the diagnostic work
  • Facilitation of focus groups with employees to gather intelligence about what the workplace is really like.  A full report of our findings to inform the development of a new employment relations strategy.
  • The development of an employment relations strategy that is integrated into and supports the delivery of your organisational strategy.

HR Agility

 Our HR consultants have deep knowledge of the challenges facing organisations and will work with HR Directors and their teams as they enable sustainable high performance.  The positioning of HR capability as an enabler of Strategic Agility affords HR teams a strategic voice and greater organisational legitimacy.
