Richard Sharpe MSc FCIPD CMC (Director)

Richard has twenty years of consultancy experience. He has undertaken leadership and organisation development assignments throughout the UK and Europe, working across sectors and predominantly at executive level. He has worked for an international management consultancy, run his own specialist leadership consultancy and most recently been Associate Director, Leadership with The Work Foundation. His clients have included Nestle, GlaxoSmithKline, AXA, Legal & General, Sainsbury's, The University of York and University of the West of England and University of Southampton. Prior to consultancy he held senior roles in training and education and retail sectors. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Member of the Association for Coaching and British Psychological Society Level A & B accredited. He has an MSc Organisational Behaviour (Distinction) through Birkbeck College, University of London.

 He is a Fellow of the Centre for Leadership Innovation at the University of Bedfordshire Business School and a Fellow of the RSA. These relationships keep him up to date with the growing evidence base around leadership, organisational change and sustainable high performance.  He spends most of his consultancy time working with executive teams and individual directors as they plan to build sustainable high performance organisations.
