Who We Are

Elementa Leadership is an organisation development consultancy and was formed in October 2008 by Director and Principal Consultant, Richard Sharpe, formerly Associate Director, Leadership, with The Work Foundation. Richard works with a team of associate consultants who have complementary international experience across private, public and third sectors

We work in a genuine partnership with our clients to co-create solutions that build greater strategic agility as the basis for continued success. We don't pretend to have all of the answers but working together with our clients we can jointly frame the 'right' questions and help to orchestrate a collective response that will develop fresh thinking, new possibilities and sustainable improvement.

Our work is informed by a strong evidence base drawn from organisational psychology, management theory and 'whole systems' thinking. Our significant practical experience of working at strategic and senior levels, across sectors, has applied this evidence base to produce many valued outcomes. Mutual trust and respect characterises our successful client relationships. This process of co-creation is the hallmark of everything that we do.
